[using PDK] I have been informed that this is part of the current push coming out of the CBI as they realize it is producing problems for them should they not go to raise that value. I am informed this is the reason the crosshairs in Iraq this weekend are in focus. Will they carry out this? Will their raising of the value be significant? I’m not sure, but right now it is definitely the buzz. Mark Zone: From what my Iraqi source reports, they are done.They are whole and ready to be tied with the HCL with an announcements. They informed me they completed all the criteria and are done and ready; this will be revealed shortly.
