Mohammed Al-Khafaji, a member of the Parliamentary Legitimate Board of trustees, confirmed today, Thursday, that strategic missions reinterpret pointless debate on the mistreatment of women by the law.
Taking notice of that “we cannot leave our law since others could do without it,” Al-Khafaji said in a TV interview followed by, “all that is being said about the revision is a misconception.”
He declared, “The representatives cannot change the jurisprudential and legal rulings.”
Al-Khafaji underlined that “the jurisprudential code will be inside the law and won’t be better than it.”
