Thursday’s markets in Baghdad and Erbil saw the US dollar (USD) slink upward against the Iraqi dinar (IQD).
A survey by shows that the USD started at 149,400 IQD to 100 in the al-Kifah and al-Harithiya Central Exchanges, 100 IQD over Wednesday’s rate.
The USD selling and purchasing rates concluded at 150,500 and 148,500 IQD correspondingly in the parallel markets in Baghdad.
At Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan region, the USD selling and buying rates were 149,400 and 149,300 IQD respectively.
