The parliament’s media department released a statement to / information / announcing that the House of Representatives has passed a bill establishing the Institute for the Preparation of Police Commissioners during today’s session.
Earlier, the department announced that the parliament session will be opened by the first deputy instead of the usual speaker, Muhammad al-Halbousi.
