An anonymous security source reported that numerous American embassy facilities, including training and counseling centers, English language schools, and polling locations, were closed in Baghdad.
He stated that these centers and institutes use security and political goals to achieve their interests in Iraq and harm the societal fabric with various methods.
The decision to close came after the Islamic Resistance in Iraq targeted military bases in western and northern Iraq. There was a fear that the resistance would reach these bases and expose them.
The speaker claimed that the United States is attempting to remove all its personnel and equipment from the country, particularly following an escalation in attacks on American military bases. This suggests that the American administration is concerned about the actions of the Islamic resistance in Iraq.
