On Wednesday morning, the US dollar exchange rate slightly dropped in the markets of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, and Baghdad.
The dollar values dropped when Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya stock exchanges opened in Baghdad, according to Shafaq News Agency correspondent; the exchange rate was 149,200 dinars for every 100 dollars, compared to 149,300 dinars for every 100 dollars yesterday morning, Tuesday.
While the purchase price reached 148,250 dinars for every 100 dollars, the selling price of the dollar fixed at 150,250 dinars in exchange shops in local markets in Baghdad.
The dollar exchange rate also dropped since exchange stores noted a selling price of 149,200 dinars for every 100 dollars while the purchase price came out to be 149,101 dinars.
