The Rafidain Bank has confirmed that work on the digital transformation plan is being executed according to the schedule through an announcement issued today, Wednesday, about the comprehensive banking system in two new branches.
The bank said in a statement, “Within the taxpayer-financed project to transfer from paper exchange to electronic exchange to provide the best forms of services to citizens, the comprehensive financial system was applied in the Al-Amir area branch in Najaf and the Kut branch, hence joining the branches in which the comprehensive framework was enacted in Baghdad and the governorates notwithstanding the boundary crossing branches (Zurbatiya – Safwan – Arar – Trebil) so that the number of branches primarily and completed the framework reaches 37 branches in an important step for the reinforcement of the financial framework and achievement of its requirements and leave paper work and fully transfer to electronic systems.”.
That is what the bank confirmed “that the advanced change plan and the adoption of the comprehensive banking system are proceeding according to the set plans to include all bank branches in the implementation of the system, especially since the requirements and choices of the citizen sponsored program keep in mind electronic change in financial transactions, reducing the loops of routine for citizens, shortening time, improving systems, overcoming obstacles and increasing efforts to work up the level of services provided to customers and complete their transactions”.
