According to political analyst Sabah Al-Ugaili, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani will be prioritizing several key topics during his visit to New York. These include addressing the dollar issue, managing relations with Turkey, addressing water-related concerns, and discussing Khor Abdullah.
According to Al-Ugaili, Al-Sudani is currently focused on addressing a crucial matter in New York. He is meeting with US Treasury officials to highlight this issue. However, it is unlikely that he will bring up the topic of the American military presence during his time in the city, as it could potentially provoke Washington.
He noted that America is evading its commitment to the Strategic Framework Agreement by procrastinating and announcing that it will not leave Iraq.
During his presence at the United Nations General Assembly, Al-Sudani will focus on the dollar file, relations with Turkey, the water file, and Khor Abdullah.
