This was less than a billion, 387 million, 639 million, and 901 dollars registered the week before, at a daily pace of 276 million, 806 million, and 209 dollars, a correspondent informs. At the close of the past week and the five days that the auction was open, the central bank placed one billion, 384 million, 31 thousand, and 47 dollars.
Sales on Monday were 265,630,629 dollars, with Tuesday sales being 287,374,767 dollars. Total dollar sales were highest on Tuesday.
International remittance sales for the previous week amounted to 1,325,931,047 dollars, which was up 96 percent over cash sales of 58,100.
