Data from the US Department of Commerce indicated that Arab nations shipped $1.41 billion worth of crude oil to the United States in June.
At the top of the list is Saudi Arabia, whose exports reached $616.15 million and delivered around 7.15 million barrels worth of crude oil. Iraq came a close second with 6.05 million barrels for $511.33 million, slightly down from the 6.46 million barrels it exported in May.
The UAE was the third-largest exporter with 2 million barrels, valued at $175.81 million, with Libya following up at the fourth largest, exporting l.23 million barrels valued at $107.64 million.
Kuwait, meanwhile, was the fifth-largest exporter with 692,000 barrels sent to the US, valued at $58.334 million.
