Social media pioneers shared a video of a citizen who was outraged when a foreign bank in Iraq denied him access to his US dollar deposit.
He paid the amount in Iraqi dinar at the official rate the Central Bank of Iraq set.
After watching the video clip, everyone agreed that the Central Bank should disclose the truth to the public. They wanted to know if the Central Bank had stopped banks from giving people their money in dollars or if they were taking advantage of people and stealing their money using the Central Bank’s instructions as an excuse.
