On this Wednesday, the leader of the Unified Anbar Alliance, Muhammad al-Fahdawi, made a statement that there is a coordination between the Resolve and Decisive Alliances to replace Muhammad al-Halbousi, the current Speaker of Parliament, from his position before the local elections.
During an interview with Al-Maalouma, Al-Fahdawi revealed that the Azm and Hasm coalitions are working together to replace Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi before the provincial elections. Al-Fahdawi also mentioned that the Sovereignty Alliance has announced plans to run separately from the al-Halbousi Progress Party in the upcoming elections.
