The exchange rates of the US dollar against the Iraqi dinar decreased on Monday morning in the markets of Baghdad and Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.
Shafaq News Agency correspondent said that the dollar prices decreased slightly with the opening of the two main stock exchanges in Baghdad, Al-Kifah and Al-Harithiya, to record 149,900 dinars for every 100 dollars, while yesterday morning, Sunday, it recorded 150,100 dinars for every 100 dollars.
Our correspondent pointed out that the selling prices in the exchange shops in the local markets in Baghdad stabilized, as the selling price reached 151,000 dinars, while the purchase price reached 149,000 dinars for every 100 dollars.
In Erbil, the dollar also recorded a slight decline, with the selling price reaching 149,900 dinars for 100 dollars and the buying price reaching 149,800 dinars for 100 dollars
