The problem, however, is that there are these private banks, and there are different financial instruments in Iraq that are completely in bed with Iran. It would appear that this is a problem of separation. So let’s punish Iraq because it can’t handle it correctly is going to happen…The United States is basically saying, ‘Enough is enough, we’re not screwing around anymore.’ We’re trying to protect the financial system as much as possible but it’s being milked by people who don’t like us….
